In 2012, Cohoat and O’Neal Management Corp. d/b/a Wood Wind Golf Club is providing opportunities to companies in Central Indiana to promote and market your company/business. In addition, some of these opportunities may be a wonderful way for you, as the Company leader, to embrace your “team” by incenting them or rewarding them for a job well done.

 

Wood Wind Golf Club has been the proud host of the following events and golf accomplishments over the past three years

 

  • Annually there are over 32,000 rounds of golf played….93% of these rounds are played with the use of an electric golf cart

 

  • Over 500,000 range balls are hit each year

 

  • There were over 70,000 individual transactions in the snack bar located in the clubhouse

 

  • Wood Wind Golf Club is/was the host site for the following Indiana PGA Section, Indiana Golf Association, IHSAA and Regional events…

 

    • 2012 IGA – PGA Father-Son Championship

 

    • 2011 Indiana Golf Association Match Play Championship

 

    • 2010 Indiana State Women’s Open Championship

 

    • 2010 Indiana 4-Ball Championship

 

    • 2009 U.S. Women’s Amateur Qualifier

 

    • 2009 Ping Series Amateur Event

 

    • 2009 and 2010 Masters Junior Tour Championship

 

    • Annually the host site for the Hamilton County Boys High School Championship and the Brebeuf Open

 

    • Wood Wind Golf Club has been the host site for a substantial number of golf outings – Wood Wind will host approximately 30+ events each year

 

    • Wood Wind Golf Club is the host site for four high school golf teams including Brebeuf – 2010 and 2011 Indiana State Champions and three other high schools programs and two middle school programs

 

    • Ladies Only Programs, Junior Golf Programs, Men’s Club programs (over 225 Men in the Men’s League – played twice a week), Couples League during the summer months, Seniors League – played twice a week

 

    • Wood Wind Golf Club features the # 1 state of the art Golf Academy in the State of Indiana and brings thousands of customers to the facility for instruction, schools, clinics, club fitting sessions and so much more

 

    • Wood Wind Golf Club has an indoor golf practice facility that draws over 2,000 people during the months of December thru the end of March.

 

    • The pavilion at Wood Wind Golf Club will host 65-70 events throughout the year. Wedding receptions, business luncheons, Business After Hours events, fundraisers, graduation and retirement parties and more.

 

Wood Wind Golf Club is a very active golf destination. The facilities are located at 2302 West 161st Street at the intersection of 161st Street and Towne Road in Westfield, Indiana.

 

It is our desire to continue to grow our facility and become the “public golf” destination in 2012 and beyond. We feel that through our marketing and promotion campaign that we can set ourselves a part from the “rest of the field” and most importantly give you and your company a new avenue to reach out to the north side of Indianapolis community.

Corporate Memberships – package is $ 10,000 and provides the following benefits

 

  • 6 individual annual memberships that include golf, golf cart and range plans
  • Company signage on all stationary and e-mail communications throughout the year
  • Company name and logo positioned on three holes on the golf course
  • 90 minute golf clinic (up to 16 people) for your company associates, friends or customers (available dates would be May, 2012 thru September, 2012)
  • Ryder Cup tickets for two people and hotel accommodations for Thursday, September 27th, 2012 (practice round) and the Windy City Welcome Celebration. Package includes hotel transportation to and from the hotel close to the host site, Medinah Country Club, Medinah, Illinois (suburb of Chicago)

 

 

Corporate or Facility Sponsor – several opportunities based on price and benefits

 

  • Range Balls - your company name and logo on each range ball – over 500,000 balls are hit each year – cost for this exclusive opportunity is $ 5,000

 

  • Banquet Pavilion – accommodates up to 200 people and includes over 65 events during the year including wedding receptions, luncheons, business meetings, golf outing groups, indoor golf during the winter and golfers throughout the year. An attractive sign with your company name and logo will be erected and placed just outside the building for everyone to clearly see your company name and logo with each visit to the pavilion. Cost for this exclusive opportunity is $ 3,500

 

  • Golf Carts – there are 64 golf carts that are used every day of the golfing year. We will place your company name and logo in the 8 ½ x 5 ½ window holder in each cart. This will give you exposure to thousands of golfers for four hours per round. This is an exclusive and your company name and logo will be in the golf carts for the entire year – cost for this exclusive opportunity is $ 3,500

 

  • Scorecard – we will utilize 10,000 scorecards each year – these cards will have two company names and logos – cost for this opportunity is $ 1,000 per opportunity. Promotion on the card will be in color!

 

  • Scoreboard – we will have space for four company names and logos on the scoreboard…approximate size of the sign will be 18 x 24 inches and will be positioned on the board throughout the year. The location of the board is ideal for excellent exposure and is seen by thousands of people every year. Cost for this opportunity is $ 500.00 per sign

 

  • Snack Bar – on the wall in the area of the snack bar…. there are thousands of people who stand in this area to order food and beverage everyday throughout the golfing season….the sign would be 18 x 24 inches. The cost for this exclusive opportunity is $ 1,500

 

  • Beverage Cart – our beverage cart goes onto the golf course every day of the golfing season and makes many loops around the golf course throughout the day. Sign (12 x 18 inches) would be located on each side of the beverage cart. The cost for this exclusive opportunity is $ 1,500

 

  • “Host Business for the Weekend” – Wood Wind Golf Club will feature a company “host for the weekend”. This would include a representative(s) from your company to be on site to distribute business cards and other business materials, to locate/position a company representative on selected par 3 holes to do contests, giveaways or other promotional opportunities, and company signage at two locations around the clubhouse/putting green area. The cost for this promotional “host business for the weekend” is $ 2,000.
