The 2011 Wood Wind Golf Club Men's Club is now open for registration.  Registering now guarantees your spot on Monday or Wednesday night (returning teams)  for the upcoming season.  New teams signing up for Wednesday night will be added as space becomes available on a first come first served basis. League Format: The Men’s Club at Wood Wind plays a 9-hole, two-man best ball match play event.

Teams: A maximum of 36 on Wednesdays & 18 on Mondays, two to five man teams.  Two players from each team participate in the match each week.  Teammates not participating in the official match are welcome to participate in the weekly games and sub for other teams. You can sign up a team for both Monday & Wednesday night, but playoffs will be combined.

Individuals: For 2011, individuals may join the men’s club and participate as a substitute.  With your $75.00 entry you may also participate as an extra in the weekly games and the additional events on the weekends. We encourage you to sign up as an individual and then join up with an existing team, as we always have teams looking for extra players.

Dates/Time: A 5:45pm shotgun start on Monday & Wednesday evenings.  The Monday league will begin on April 18th and the Wednesday league will begin April 27th.  The league will conclude in mid-September with the final playoff matches and banquet.

League Fees: $250.00 per team.  The first 54 paid teams will be accepted.  2010 league members have until February 15th to secure their spot for the 2011 season.   League fees will be used to pay for two banquet dinners, regular season and playoff payouts, and to increase the prize pool for weekly games and monthly tournaments.

Additional Events: In addition to the Wednesday evening league, the Men’s Club will hold monthly 18-hole events including the Club Championship.  Men’s Club members will have the opportunity to participate in a weekly Saturday choose-up game.  All additional events will have a modest entry fee.

Punch Cards: New for 2011; Men's club members will have the opportunity to purchase a 10-round punch card.  The cost of the punch card is $200, a $50 savings.  Regular rates are $25 per round.  Each punch is worth a nine-hole round including cart.  Punch cards may be used on Monday or Wednesday night during Men's Club or two punches for an 18-hole Men's CLub Tournament only.  Any unused punches will be forfeited...No Exceptions.  Punch cards must be purchased before March 15th.

Handicap: The Men’s Club will continue to use its own handicapping system for the league.  You do not need an established handicap to participate.
